Is the guesthouse private?

Yes. Your reservation is for the private guesthouse, and you will enjoy exclusive use of the accommodations included with your reservation.

Is the pool shared?

No. The pool is not open to the public or shared with other guests. Pool use is by reservation, giving you private access during your scheduled reservation time.

Are there other vacation rentals on the property?

No. Stone Leaf Farm hosts only one guest reservation at a time, providing a peaceful and private experience.

Is the lower-level suite included?

The Luxury Mountain Cottage (upper level) is the standard accommodation. The Luxury Mountain Suite (lower level) may be available as an optional add-on for guests who would like additional amenities or space.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Approved pets are welcome with the applicable Pet Accommodation Package. Advance approval is required, and additional policies apply.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the guesthouse.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is provided behind our private gated entrance. Max 1 vehicle. Additional parking may be available upon request subject to fee and availability. 

What time is check-in?

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

Early check-in may be available for an additional fee when scheduling permits.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out may be available for an additional fee if scheduling allows.

Can visitors come to the property?

Registered guests are welcome. Day visitors and overnight visitors require prior approval and are subject to the applicable visitor fees.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only in designated areas.

Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse, garage, pool area, or other structures.

Is laundry available?

Laundry accommodations are available by reservation. During the renovation of the dedicated laundry room, laundry service is coordinated through Stone Leaf Farm Management and is subject to availability.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, appliances, and many essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Is the property suitable for couples?

Absolutely. Stone Leaf Farm is especially popular for romantic getaways, anniversaries, honeymoons, and peaceful weekend retreats.
