Stone Leaf Farm is designed for privacy, relaxation, nature, and thoughtful hospitality. These guidelines help protect the property, preserve the peaceful setting, and provide a comfortable experience for registered guests.

Booking-specific approvals, fees, access information, and exceptions remain subject to your reservation details and signed Rental Agreement.

Registered Guests & Visitors

Only registered and approved guests may stay overnight or access the property unless advance approval has been provided.

  • Reservation occupancy must remain accurate
  • Visitors require advance approval
  • Overnight guests must be added to the reservation
  • Special gatherings require prior authorization
  • Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges

Please arrange guest or visitor changes before arrival whenever possible.

Pets

Approved pets are welcome when included with the reservation in advance.

Smoking & Fire Safety

Smoking is not permitted inside the Guesthouse or other designated non-smoking areas.

  • Smoking is limited to approved outdoor locations
  • Dispose of smoking materials safely
  • Never leave fires or smoking materials unattended
  • Follow fire-pit and outdoor-fire instructions
  • Smoking remediation charges may apply when required

Quiet Enjoyment & Property Care

Stone Leaf Farm is intended to remain peaceful for guests, neighbors, wildlife, and the surrounding countryside.

  • Respect quiet hours and the natural setting
  • Keep gates secured when entering or leaving
  • Use furnishings, amenities, gardens, and grounds responsibly
  • Supervise children and pets outdoors
  • Leave natural areas as you found them
  • Report accidental damage promptly

Events & Special Property Use

Private events, gatherings, commercial activity, and special property use require advance approval.
