Stone Leaf Farm Private Event Pricing Guide
Stone Leaf Farm offers thoughtfully planned private events for up to 15 approved attendees in an intimate natural setting. Pricing varies by event type, attendance, duration, property use, lodging, vehicles, vendors, services, setup requirements, and selected enhancements.
The amounts below are starting planning rates intended to help you estimate the general investment for your gathering. They are not final quotes or reservation offers.
Final approved pricing and event-specific terms are provided in your Stone Leaf Farm Formal Private Event Proposal after Management reviews your request.
Private Event Starting Rates
Choose the experience most similar to the gathering you have in mind. Management will prepare final pricing after reviewing the requested date, attendance, event hours, lodging, vehicles, vendors, property-use needs, and other requirements.

Starting rates reflect base planning assumptions. Final event pricing may increase based on attendance, Guesthouse use, lodging, vendors, services, setup, parking, security requirements, or selected enhancements.
Attendance & Vehicles
Each private-event package includes an approved attendance and vehicle allowance appropriate to the selected experience.
Additional Approved Capacity
Where the selected package permits additional approved attendees or vehicles, the following planning charges generally apply:
- Additional approved attendees: generally $50 per person
- Additional approved vehicles: generally $35 per approved vehicle
Maximum event attendance remains 15 approved persons. On-site event parking is generally limited to 5 approved passenger vehicles.
Additional attendee and vehicle charges are capacity-management charges. Payment of an additional charge does not authorize attendance or parking beyond the limits specifically approved by Stone Leaf Farm.
Event + Guesthouse Options
Approved events may be combined with Guesthouse access or lodging. Availability, occupancy, approved property use, and pricing are confirmed in your Formal Private Event Proposal.
Guesthouse Day-Use Enhancement
Approved Guesthouse interior areas may be added to qualifying private events during the approved event window. Pricing is confirmed based on the selected event configuration.
Overnight Stay
Guesthouse lodging may be added at the applicable confirmed nightly rate for approved registered overnight guests.
Weekly Lodging
A qualifying event or retreat may include Guesthouse lodging at the applicable confirmed weekly rate.
Extended Lodging
Approved extended lodging of up to 28 consecutive nights may be incorporated into a qualifying retreat or event arrangement. Pricing and occupancy requirements are confirmed separately.
Lodging is available only to approved registered overnight guests. A standard lodging reservation by itself does not authorize private-event use.
Security, Cleaning & Other Requirements
Depending on the event configuration, your Formal Private Event Proposal and related confirmation documents may include:
- Event security deposit or security authorization
- Guesthouse or lodging security authorization
- Guesthouse day-use or lodging charges
- Cleaning and event reset requirements
- Approved additional attendee or vehicle charges
- Optional services, enhancements, or property-use charges
- Applicable taxes and legally required government charges
- Vendor, insurance, alcohol, setup, breakdown, or other event-specific requirements

An event is not confirmed until all required proposal, agreement, payment or deposit/security requirements, and applicable documentation have been completed.
