On-site event parking is limited to approved passenger vehicles.
Advance Event Approval
Event hours, property areas, vendors, parking, alcohol, setup, and breakdown are reviewed in advance.
Optional Overnight Lodging
Guesthouse lodging may be added for approved registered overnight guests.
Standard lodging reservations do not authorize private-event use.
Event + Lodging Options
Depending on the event, approved options may include outdoor event use, Guesthouse day use, overnight lodging, or a private multi-day retreat experience.
Grounds-Only Event
Approved outdoor event areas without Guesthouse interior use or overnight lodging.
Grounds + Guesthouse Day Use
Approved event grounds plus designated Guesthouse areas during the approved event window.
Event + Overnight Stay
Private-event use combined with approved Guesthouse lodging for registered overnight guests.
Retreat / Multi-Day Experience
Approved event programming combined with Guesthouse lodging for a private multi-day experience.
Event pricing is customized based on event type, attendance, duration, lodging, vendors, parking, services, setup requirements, and selected enhancements.
Private Event Pricing
Private events begin at $450, with planning rates based on the type and scope of your gathering. Review starting rates for celebrations, retreats, business gatherings, micro weddings, and event + lodging options.

Submit Your Inquiry
Tell us about your event, requested dates, estimated attendance, lodging needs, and special requirements.
Management Review
Stone Leaf Farm reviews availability, suitability, attendance, parking, lodging, event hours, vendors, and other event requirements.
Receive Your Formal Proposal
If approved to proceed, Management prepares a reservation-specific Stone Leaf Farm Formal Private Event Proposal.
Review & E-Sign
Review the approved event terms, pricing, attendance, vehicles, lodging, and conditions and sign electronically.
Complete Confirmation Requirements
Complete the required Master Rental & Property Use Agreement, payment, security authorization or deposit, and any applicable vendor or insurance documentation.
Request a Private Event Proposal
Tell us what you have in mind. Stone Leaf Farm will review your request and, if approved to proceed, prepare a Formal Private Event Proposal with reservation-specific pricing and terms.
